*Orders will be shipped as soon as possible. The earliest delivery time will be the second business day after your purchase date, or within 7 days at the latest. • Free delivery for online purchases of HK$3,000 or more
• Delivery charges will be charged in Hong Kong dollars on the day of your order
• Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged based on shipping weight. We will contact you to confirm your order and shipping costs after you accept and complete your order. Shipping costs will be paid upon arrival.
• Each order is sent to only one destination. If you have multiple destinations, you will need to place separate orders on our website - one order for one destination.
• For bulk purchases, we will confirm the shipping date directly with you.

Delivery Services - Restrictions

• All orders are subject to final availability confirmation and Wing Lok Street Seafood (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reject an order if any product or service requested is unavailable. If we are unable to fulfil any product or service in your order, we will notify you by telephone or email before dispatching the order.
• Delivery service is only available on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, not available on outlying islands including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport). Delivery service is not available in the following areas: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O. Overseas delivery is currently unavailable.
• When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, delivery service will be suspended. In this case, we will contact the customer to reschedule shipment.
• Vehicle restrictions
  • As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village in Shek O without permission, customers must collect the goods at the designated location.
  • The delivery service is not available to areas that cannot be directly reached by our vehicles or to areas where it is not legal to unload goods within 50 meters of a building.
• Unable to specify a delivery time. The courier company will call you within 30 minutes before shipment. Wing Lok Street reserves the right to charge additional fees and reschedule the delivery date and time if the consignee is unable to collect the goods at the specified delivery time.
• It is the customer's responsibility to notify Wing Lok Street immediately of any changes to the delivery address.
• We reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs if the consignee is unable to accept the goods at the specified delivery time.
• It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt and to sign the delivery note. The signed delivery note will serve as proof of receipt. Wing Lok Street is not responsible for goods left outside or unattended at the request of the customer and will not entertain any claims afterwards.
