Customers who spend over $4000 on this site can enjoy free hair extension service
When placing an order, please indicate the product and weight that needs to be soaked.
After confirming the order, customer service will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm whether the selected product is correct (products that have been shipped cannot be returned or exchanged)
After the customer service informs you that the product is ready for pick-up (usually 3-7 working days, depending on the product), the customer must go to the store to pick up the product in person within 1 week (products that have been soaked are more likely to deteriorate, so no delivery service is available)
Service and Guarantee
The soaking service is only applicable to products with less than 40 heads (i.e. products with 1-40 heads, additional charges of $500 per catty are required)
There is no return or exchange for soaked products. Please make sure that you are satisfied with the product before requesting soaking.
Customers who do not pick up their goods within 1 week of receiving the notification will be charged a storage fee of $20 per day.

Things to know after picking up the goods
The soaked products need to be stored in ice trays as soon as possible.
When you need to stew, take it out and thaw it before stewing.
