Special freight arrangements

For larger products such as fish maw, mushrooms and snow fungus, the system will charge an additional fee when calculating the bill.

We provide "limited" overseas delivery service. Since many goods from various places are prohibited from leaving the country😔, the postage is borne by the buyer. Customers from all over the world are welcome to inquire and order via Facebook/Whatsapp😀.

As long as the product does not affect resale, there is a 7-day return and exchange guarantee (each product is limited to one return and exchange, and products that have been soaked, soaked or foamed are not returnable)
Full refund is available when paying by cash or bank transfer
If you use Payme to pay, a 2% handling fee will be deducted from the total order amount when you refund
